In the mornings, early risers will get a chance to discover and appreciate the atmosphere colouring the paddocks/pontoons where the racers will be preparing for an intense day of racing.

Late morning you can see the fleet of Diam 24s setting off right on the shoreline!

- THE RACE POINT, from the Spectators Zone

An area dedicated to spectators in the heart of the Village. Every 30 minutes, a Race Point will be held from the Spectators Zone: Follow an on-board commentator, to get the latest news from the regattas, and to understand the racing strategies. Important information will be displayed on the giant screen: rankings, weather, speed ...

- " LA QUOTIDIENNE", recorded in public

The Live of the Tour de France à la Voile, recorded every day from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm, and broadcast on D + 1 on the Chaine l'Equipe, will be shot this year in public on the Village. Immersion guaranteed at the heart of the regatta with the informed comments of the consultants, and the outburst of the managers gathered in the Coach Room.

Late afternoon, the racers will cross the finish line set just next to the shoreline, right under the spectators’ noses. In this way, the public will have a chance to witness what is always an exciting spectacle as the boats head back to the dock. Skippers’ debriefings, deciphering of the race action by the specialists and music will abound, with the pontoons and paddocks accessible to the public. The addition of a PA system throughout will ensure spectators are right in the thick of the action as the sailors hand over to their shore crews.

Four skippers answer the questions of the speaker of the Tour before lending themselves to the dedication game! Do not miss the anecdotes, the analyzes and the impressions of each one, and leave with your photos and autographs!

From late morning through till late afternoon, a series of very short, close-contact and hence spectacular races (around twenty minutes) will follow one after the other right up close to the shoreline. After the ‘qualification’ phase, only the six firsts will stay on the race zone to contest the ‘Super Finale’.

The public will have a direct vantage point thanks to what is a truly exceptional device: zones of ‘natural grandstands’ (beaches, sea walls,…) with direct views across to the races will be set up and they’ll be equipped with PA systems so as to enable the spectators to track the racing in the optimum conditions, with live commentary and musical accompaniment.

They’ll be able to cheer on the champions all the way to the finish line as the sailors will be able to hear the spectators from their boats as they all hammer down towards the finish line, likely with very little separating the boats in these short, close-contact races!

With visits from the Tour’s seagull mascot, Babette la Mouette, bands and batucada percussive styles echoing across the bay, the party atmosphere in the grandstands will be on a par with the show out on the water!
